Brief Profile

Rachael is frequently asked to comment on a range of topics such as getting started in property investment, maximising capital gain in investment property, the basics of buying and selling a home, identifying and avoiding common buying and selling mistakes, and encouraging first home buyers and investors into the marketplace.  She writes a regular column in "Behind the Bricks & Mortar" which appears in the "At Home with RGR"magazine which may be viewed online.

Rachael Goldsworthy has lived in the Hills/Hawkesbury area for the past 27 years and has enjoys the rural community atmosphere, as well as the recreational and tourist facilities available on the Hawkesbury River.

Rachael not only has a special interest in property investment in the Hawkesbury, but is enthusiastic about all things associated with the local community.  She is actively involved in community groups such as the Young Entrepreneurs Mentoring Program, the Board of Hawkesbury Community Financial Services Limited (known as Bendigo - North Richmond Branch), Hawkesbury Rotary, and the Hawkesbury Community Kitchen. Together with one other local business, Rachael has recently initiated and established The Hawkesbury Business Group which assists local businesses in the Hawkesbury to build their profiles and allow them to re-invest in the community.
